Property Management Services:

Rent collection – Timely collection of monthly rent payments and servicing late notices is our top priority. We offer tenants a 24 hour drop box for convenience of paying payments, in addition to online payments.

Tenant communication – With each new tenant, we go over the leases with the tenants line by line so that it is very clear as to their responsibilities in leasing your property. We explain our expectations and maintain communication with tenants throughout the term of their lease by mail, phone, email & personal contact.

Maintenance/Repairs – Only Qualified and reasonably priced vendors are recommended as a part of our service. Property Showcase requires that all vendors are licensed and that the overseeing of service contracts, such as home warranty, pool, lawn and pest control companies, is also included.

Accounting Service – Property Showcase Homes Realty, Inc. provides you with a full monthly report on all transactions, along with copies of all paid invoices. Year-end reports and 1099 forms are also provided for your tax preparation.

Leasing Services:

Once an application is completed, credit and background (Nationwide) checks, along with rental history verification, employment/income verification, any prior evictions and personal references, Property Showcase Homes Realty, Inc. provides qualified tenants with a lease agreement prepared by an attorney. The lease agreement will also include pet clauses and pool addendums, if applicable, and any required addendums.
