Our team helps tenants work through the rental selection and application process. Although we perform a comprehensive screening process, we strive to expedite the reports to avoid keeping prospective tenants waiting. Upon accepting a rental applicant, we produce all of the necessary paperwork for review by the tenants. As the lease term comes to an end, we offer tenants the opportunity to sign a new lease or move to a different property. Our rentals span across Volusia County, so tenants always have alternate options when it comes time to move.

We always work with our tenants to give them the resources they need to succeed in their rental home. Our property management company keeps eviction rates extremely low – at just 1%. Our tenant turnover rates also remain low due to the quality of our properties and support of the management team.

Our tenants always receive a prompt response to maintenance and repair requests. We have a team on call to handle all maintenance emergencies in a timely manner. Repairs are handled by licensed vendors to ensure the job is done right the first time around. We do all we can to minimize inconvenience for our tenants when necessary repairs arise.
